how to control your stress..







hello everybody..harini nak bercerita sikit tentang stress..refer to http://www.mtstcil.org/skills/stress-definition, "Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences"..maksudnye stress ni berpunca daripada diri sendiri yang dimana kita sendiri yang respond terhadap stress tu..contoh, ali kene marah ngn cikgu, so, bagaimana ali react dari kene marah tu yg menyebabkan stress..kalo ali melawan, dan dia akan stress dan kalo die pandai control, so ali akan dpt mengawal diri die stress..so, what we need to do is just relax and calm down to control your stress..yes, i'am quite bit understand how stress can make someone be another 'someone'...then, in order to prevent that, we just need to control, and at the below, i will show you how i'am do some control when i'am on the stress mood:


1. when u r stress, just relax and isolate yourself until u feel relax and coool...


2. take control yourself by taking a high quality of cigarette..hehe..ni style saya la..


3. pleas think more positively..most of the researcher says that, if u think positive, your mind will follow and it will press down to your body..it is mean that when you just thinks on a positive side, automatically your body will react to it..


4. when u on a stress mode, move over and start make some walking...


hehe..kalo rasa nak try, cube la...tapi stakat ni aku dapat mengawal 80% stress aku dari aku tetiba jadi bad mood and marah sume org (mmg aku mnyampah kot perangai mcm tu..hehe)..
